Q: How do i get a exchange or refund?
A: We do not have a exchange or refund policy except for sour and or unripe durians. To do so, please send us a message via your Shopify account or email us at enquiries@dfood.com.sg
Q: How long will i get my exchange or refund?
A: Please allow 1 - 3 days for an exchange and 7 working days to us to process a refund.

Q: What are the types of payment mode i can use?
A: You can make your payment via Visa, MasterCard or PayNow.
Q: How do i use a Promo Code?
A: You can enter your Promo Code at the Check-Out page.
Q: How do i know if my payment is successful?
A: Upon a successful purchase/ payment, you will receive an SMS or email with your order ID.
Q: How do i pay with Paynow?
A: You will see our PayNow UEN upon checking out. After processing your PayNow transaction, please take a screenshot of your payment and send to +65 9066 6427 via WhatsApp and we will confirm your order.
Self Collection
Q: How can i opt for self collection?
A: During your check out, please select "Pick Up'' as your shipping option.
Q: How will i know if my order is ready for collection?
A: If you made your purchase before 3pm, you may wish to collection your order on the same day. We will contact you if there is any changes for your collection.
Q: Where do i collect my orders?
A: You may collect them at Blk 210D Tampines St 21 #01-1139. Please call +6590666427 upon arrival.
Q: What do i need to bring for self collection?
A: Please bring along a hard or soft copy of your order confirmation and present it to our staff upon collection.
Q: What time can i collect my orders?
A: Self collection timing is between 8pm- 9pm. You will receive an SMS/ Email confirmation to collect your orders.
