Terms and Condition

1. DurianZilla will perform 1 to 1 exchange or refund for all sour and unripe durian purchased. 

2. Refund and or exchange must be made with 3 day(s) from date of purchase.

3. 90% of durian purchase must be intact or untouched for an exchange or refund. 

4. Photo of the defected durian must be provided for verification purposes. 

5. DurianZilla will only perform the following above upon confirm; Order Number, Date of Purchase, Date of Delivery.

6. DurianZilla reserve the rights to amend any of the following terms above without prior notice.
